WB Power Services is now Rehlko
Rehlko is a global leader in power and energy resilience, with a heritage that spans over 100 years. Since launching the first modern generator, we've continually shaped the way the world powers homes, industries, and critical infrastructure.
Today, our product range includes engines, generators, power conversion systems, UPS, EV components, electrification solutions, microgrid controls, and clean energy technologies. We serve a wide range of customers globally — from OEMs to industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
As part of this exciting transformation, WB Power Services has now become Rehlko. This means we retain the trusted, values-led foundation of a family business while being powered by the scale, resources, and global vision of Rehlko. For our people, this means new opportunities, bigger projects, and a chance to help shape the future of resilient, sustainable energy.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day operations across our construction and installation sites. You'll lead from the front, managing WBPS and subcontractor teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

- Lead and manage both Rehlko (WBPS) and subcontractor teams on site.
- Serve as the primary Health & Safety authority, upholding Rehlko procedures and enforcing safe working practices at all times.
- Prepare and approve company RAMS, and review or sign off subcontractor RAMS.
- Manage the Permit to Work and Isolation Procedure systems on site.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, reporting any significant issues or delays to the Project Manager or Technical Director.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Plan works in collaboration with the Projects team and report progress to key stakeholders.
- Attend occasional Head Office meetings (Derbyshire) for project handovers or team briefings.
- Represent the business professionally and promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
- Carry out pre-start checks and post-completion inspections to maintain Rehlko quality standards.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or industrial M&E environments.
- SMSTS certification (essential).
- Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and Health & Safety legislation.
- Experience managing subcontractors, enforcing RAMS, and leading on-site operations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a professional, client-facing manner.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using systems such as ERP and SharePoint.
- Flexibility to travel and stay away as required.
- Desirable: Experience within the power generation or M&E sectors.
What We Offer
- £55,000 – £62,000, depending on experience and location
- Company vehicle
- Private healthcare
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Death in service benefit
- Outstanding Employee Assistance Programme
- Expenses covered when working away
- Career progression opportunities into senior or project management roles
