Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Banking Specialist located in Birmingham. The Business Banking Specialist will be responsible for managing business relationships, overseeing treasury management, providing excellent customer service, and handling various financial tasks. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with business clients, managing funds, providing financial advice, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Experience in Treasury Management and Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with the team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset
  • Relevant experience in the banking or housing industry is a plus
