Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients over the phone, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for driving sales growth. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct B2C sales calls to secure new appointments
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using IT tools and CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C sales or a similar role with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple clients and tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised approach to work with excellent time management skills
