DRIVING LICENCE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE .
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Assistant to join our renewable home advisory team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, promoting products at customers homes , and supporting sales objectives. This position offers an engaging environment where organisational skills, effective communication, and multilingual abilities are highly valued. The role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about retail, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries in a professional manner
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to optimise customer satisfaction
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays attractively and ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment
- Manage stock replenishment and organise stockroom efficiently
- Utilise multilingual skills (e.g., English and Spanish) to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling enquiries over the phone or via email.
- Great opportunity for making good cash, Basic wage per week & commission on top for each sale.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £200.00-£2,000.00 per week
