 Your Mission

As a key player in our Fluid Engineering team, you'll:

  • Lead OEM collaboration programs and drive commercialization of cutting-edge products.
  • Act as a strategic partner to OEMs, identifying new applications and growth opportunities through a technology-first approach.
  • Represent Lubrizol at industry forums (UEIL, ELGI, CEN), shaping the future of industrial standards.
  • Support technical training and development for key accounts and distributors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and product teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

What You Bring

  • A degree in a technical or commercial discipline (BS required; advanced degree a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial lubricants, OEM engagement, or thermal management technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges and creating value.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% across Europe.
