Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in styling, cutting, and colouring hair, as well as opening up opportunities for training

Duties

  • Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet clients' needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation to ensure a professional environment.
  • Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Engage in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
  • Mentor junior stylists or apprentices, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
  • excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • A valid hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience in barbering is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience in upselling products or services is desirable.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • A passion for the hair industry with an eagerness to stay updated on current trends and techniques.
  • Previous experience in front desk operations or store management is beneficial but not mandatory.
