Cool Cuts for Kids is the UK's leading children's hair salon, offering a fun and welcoming environment for both kids and parents. We're currently looking for a qualified, enthusiastic hairdresser to join our friendly team and help make every haircut a great experience.

About the Role:

As a stylist at Cool Cuts for Kids, you'll provide high-quality haircuts for children of all ages – from toddlers to teens – in a vibrant and playful setting designed to make every visit enjoyable. Whether it's a child's first haircut or a stylish new look for school, you'll be making kids feel confident and parents feel at ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver stylish, age-appropriate haircuts with confidence and care
  • Create a fun and friendly atmosphere that puts children at ease
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the salon
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians
  • Build rapport with clients and encourage repeat business

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification)
  • Previous experience working with children is a plus
  • Patient, friendly and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
