Responsibilities
- Develop and implement research strategies that align with the organisation's objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Work collaboratively with the CEO and wider team, contributing to guidance, support, and mentorship in fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research needs and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all research activities.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
