Work as part of the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) Research Team and the Cornwall Intellectual Disability Equitable Research Centre (CIDER).

Work on National Institute for Health and Care Research adopted Epilepsy Research Database Register.

Coordinate and manage coproduction events.

Develop and coordinate ethics amendment applications, grant bids and patient and public involvement and engagement processes for this and other studies as part of a wider team.

Main duties of the job

Support the ongoing Epilepsy Research Register and coordinate the set up and monitoring of multiple NHS sites.

Coordinate and run co-production events along side partners within the volunteer sector.

Provide support to the wider team within in grant application processes.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Work as part of a wider team to develop and run research. You will work along side internal and external academic and clinical colleagues to produce meaningful research for and with people with intellectual disabilities. A key part of the role you will be designing and running co-creation and co-production events to ensure our research is relevant and grounded.

You will be part of the team who oversee and manage the NIHR adopted Epilepsy Research Database, this will involve working with external partners and NHS sites to ensure research is conducted in an ethical manner.
