Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Data Protection Impact Assessments and privacy risk assessments, analysing data processing activities and identifying potential risks.

  • Helping manage Data Subject Access Requests and supporting responses to privacy-related enquiries.

  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of the Record of Processing Activities.

  • Contributing to IT risk management tasks, including assessments and remediation monitoring.

  • Assisting with PCI DSS compliance activities such as evidence collection and audit support.

  • Collaborating with teams across Legal, IT and other business units to promote strong security and privacy practices.

  • Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and controls within the wider InfoSec team.
