Route Mastery & On-the-Ground Action

You'll craft and adapt delivery and collection routes that get our vehicles where they need to be - quickly, efficiently, and without fuss.

Whether it's a customer, another branch, a service garage, or a dealership, your choices keep the wheels in motion.

You'll use route-planning tech and your own judgment to cut down travel times, use fuel wisely, and handle the curveballs - traffic jams, last-minute swaps, you name it.

Fleet Logistics & Team Coordination

This role is hands-on and people-facing.

You'll coordinate a network of drivers and valeters, juggling vehicle schedules, adjusting plans on the fly, and making sure everyone is always where they need to be.

You'll work closely with the team and clients to match fleet supply with demand and ensure every site is ready for action.

Customer Experience at its Core

Each delivery and collection is a chance to impress.

You'll take care of vehicle handovers, conduct thorough inspections, and make sure every promise to the customer is kept - no excuses.

When customers have questions or curveballs, they'll rely on you to handle it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Data-Driven Operations & Cost Control

You won't just execute plans, you'll help refine them.

You'll monitor routes, fuel spend, and driver hours - spotting trends, recommending improvements, tracking metrics, and always looking for ways to make us leaner and smarter.

Staying Legal & Safe

You'll keep our operations compliant with all safety requirements and legal standards - from maintaining vehicles to ensuring driving hours fall within regulation.
