Cool Motion UK is on the lookout for Fleet Support Executive - Driver / Valeter to become the driving force behind our team - people who bring energy, positivity, and a customer-first approach to everything they do.

In this role, you're not just keeping our fleet moving; you're the first and last impression for our customers.

Whether you're greeting clients in the car park, handing over clean and perfectly prepared vans, or managing returns, you'll help make every journey seamless.

This is a hands-on, outdoor job where no two days are the same, with a starting salary of £29,250 per year - and performance bonuses to show we value your dedication.

What You'll Do:

  • Clean and valet vehicles so every van is delivered in top condition
  • Complete straightforward paperwork with customers for hassle-free handovers
  • Move vehicles between locations, delivery and collecting to / from our valued clients
  • Inspect vehicles before and after rental, reporting any damage and completing relevant documentation
  • Communicate clearly with customers about any issues, gather signatures, and keep your branch manager informed
  • Support with refuelling and assist across various branch tasks to keep operations smooth

About You:

  • You love working in a lively, fast-paced environment - teamwork isn't just a buzzword for you
  • Details matter to you; you spot what others miss and take pride in doing things right
  • You're friendly, approachable, and clear when talking to customers - even at busy times
  • You're comfortable with shift patterns and open to flexible working hours
  • You have a full, valid driver's licence and at least one year of driving experience
