We're currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team and support our incredible residents during the night. You'll be the calming presence they rely on and the leader your team looks up to.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supporting the night care team with kindness and professionalism
  • Overseeing personal care routines and administering medications
  • Responding to resident needs with sensitivity and dignity
  • Completing clear handovers and maintaining accurate care records
  • Ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of everyone in our care throughout the night

Each shift starts with handover and teamwork, and ends with a sense of pride in knowing you've made someone feel secure, cared for, and respected.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a care setting (1 year in a senior role preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred, but we can support the right person to get there)
  • A natural leader who inspires calm, confidence, and compassion
  • Someone who works well under pressure and understands person-centred care

What We Offer:

  • Up to £12.50/hour (depending on experience)
  • Contracted hours to suit you – 12 to 48 hours per week
