Business Associate

Location: London (4 days onsite per week)

Employment: Full-time

Minimal is building the operating system for efficient urban logistics, combining micromobility vehicles, fleet software, and urban infrastructure to make city logistics profoundly efficient.

The Role

We're seeking a Business Associate to act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO and leadership team. You'll contribute across strategy, operations, investor relations, and go-to-market execution, helping drive clarity and growth as Minimal scales.

This role offers a fast-track path toward becoming a Chief of Staff or a specialist in business operations or development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business operations and ensure smooth day-to-day execution
  • Improve internal systems, processes, and reporting tools
  • Conduct strategic research and analysis
  • Support fundraising, investor communications, and due diligence
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and leadership priorities
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and culture initiatives
Experience Required
  • 2+ years in consulting, operations, product, or a high-growth startup
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-moving environment
  • Passionate about technology, sustainability, and impact-driven business
