Secure Mortgages & Protection is one of the UK's fastest-growing broker firms, specialising in mortgages and protection. We help clients secure their homes, safeguard their income, and protect their families.

We're expanding our team and looking for ambitious, driven individuals ready to launch a career in financial services.

The Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you'll support clients and advisers across both the mortgage and protection sides of the business. You'll help generate leads, prepare cases, liaise with clients, and learn how real financial advice works day-to-day.

This role is designed to develop you into a fully qualified Protection or Mortgage Adviser through our structured training and mentoring programme.
