Are you a talented Intellectual Property lawyer with a passion for innovation and technology? We're seeking a driven and commercially astute solicitor (2+PQE) to join a dynamic and highly regarded IP litigation team specialising in patent disputes.

With a multidisciplinary model, the firm brings together over 200 patent attorneys, trade mark attorneys, and IP solicitors, providing clients with seamless, end-to-end expertise across the full intellectual property lifecycle.

About the Role:

You'll be working on complex, high-profile patent litigation matters across a range of sectors, including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, engineering, and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading clients-ranging from multinationals to cutting-edge start-ups-on disputes that often span multiple jurisdictions.

As part of a growing team, you'll be involved in:

Acting in UK High Court and EPO patent litigation

Coordinating multi-jurisdictional IP disputes

Advising on patent strategy, enforcement, and freedom-to-operate issues

Collaborating with technical experts and patent attorneys

Supporting partners on business development and thought leadership initiatives

About You:

UK-qualified solicitor with 2+ years' post-qualification experience in IP litigation

Strong academic background in law (a technical or scientific degree is highly desirable)

Experience in patent disputes-particularly in life sciences or tech-is a plus

Excellent analytical and communication skills

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in innovation and intellectual property
