Please be advised that this is a full time position, the working hours are 37.5hrs/5 days, Monday to Sunday. Keyholder duties are involved.

Main Purpose

Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store in order to achieve sales and cost targets. Provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment, promoting and selling premium cookware products. Undertake keyholder responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure and operational during opening and closing times.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on our cookware products.Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective company sales techniques, product demonstrations and upselling.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy by undertaking all housekeeping duties and visually appealing.Inventory Management: Assist with stock control and checks, including receiving, unpacking, and organising merchandise.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Cash up in accordance with company policy and procedures.Keyholder Duties: Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for cooking and familiarity with cookware products.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Trustworthy and reliable, with the ability to handle keyholder duties.
