Responsibilities

The Role

As a Seasonal Sales Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional service and luxury experience that Reiss is known for — even in the festive rush. You'll be passionate about fashion, enthusiastic about customer interaction, and ready to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

  • Support customers with product knowledge, styling, and fitting room assistance

  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

  • Operate tills accurately and handle transactions efficiently

  • Uphold Reiss brand values and maintain a professional, polished appearance

  • Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, and peak trading hours (including Boxing Day and New Year)

About You

  • Previous retail or customer service experience

  • Confident, approachable, and customer-focused

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Passion for the Reiss brand and an eye for style

  • Fully flexible during the festive period (including late night and weekend shifts)
