Overview

Please be advised that this is a full time position, the working hours are 37.5hrs/5 days, Monday to Sunday. Keyholder duties are involved.

Main Purpose

Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store in order to achieve sales and cost targets. Provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment, promoting and selling premium cookware products. Supervising employees, managing inventory and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve sales and service goals. Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on our cookware products.Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective company sales techniques, product demonstrations and upselling.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy by undertaking all housekeeping duties and visually appealing.Inventory Management: Assist with stock control and checks, including receiving, unpacking, and organising merchandise.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Cash up in accordance with company policy and procedures.Keyholder Duties: Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience.Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for cooking and familiarity with cookware products.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
