We curate premium independent fashion, beauty, lifestyle and homeware brands, and run some of the UK's most exciting multi-brand pop-ups, activations and retail experiences.
We are now looking for a
fashion and lifestyle Content Creator, especially trained in luxury to premium fashion
to join our team and elevate our visual storytelling across platforms. This is a key creative hire — shaping how we show up, how we speak, and how we grow.
Role Overview
We're looking for a
high-calibre, fashion-led Content Creator
who can translate LDC's world into engaging, premium-quality output across video, photo, graphics and storytelling. This role is for someone who lives and breathes content; someone who can
own the full content pipeline
— ideation, production, editing and publishing — and deliver at the quality level you'd expect from high-end fashion and lifestyle brands. You'll be on the ground in our stores, with our brands, at events, with customers and with our founder — capturing the moments, stories and energy that define us.
You must be confident producing content that feels premium, editorial, cultural, and connected to the wider world of fashion, retail and design.
What You'll Be Creating
You will lead and produce all content across:
Video & Reels
- Short-form reels, TikToks and videos that feel premium, high fashion and thoughtfully edited
- Founder-led videos, storytelling, behind-the-scenes
- "Day in the life", "Meet the brands", and creative retailer-led videos
- Series-based content for social franchises
Brand & Founder Storytelling
- Turn LDC's brand, partnerships and retail innovation into compelling visuals
- Capture the journey of the company, our spaces and our community
- Weave in narrative, emotion and purpose — not just visuals
Event Content
- High-quality event recap videos and photos
- Street-style and in-store coverage
- UGC-style but executed at a
premium level

In-Store & Experiential
- Weekly shoots across Battersea, Bristol, Brighton, Ireland and other locations
- Capturing the customer experience, product storytelling, VM, retail moments
- Strong focus on creators who can shoot handheld and tell a story in 10–30 seconds
Graphics & Creative
- Brand-aligned graphics for social, campaigns, TikToks, mailers and LinkedIn
- Thumbnail creation
- Light design work to keep content cohesive and elevated
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Own the end-to-end creation of all content across IG Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
- Shoot, edit and deliver 3–7 high-quality pieces of content weekly
- Consistently deliver content at a high visual standard
Brand & Founder Storytelling
- Translate Rebecca's voice and story into compelling founder-led content
- Build content franchises around LDC's journey, retail innovation, and brand ecosystem
- Support thought-leadership content for LinkedIn
Campaigns & Events
- Produce content for retail launches, brand activations, events and new partnerships
- Work closely with in-store teams and brands to capture the right moments
UGC & Community
- Direct and brief collaborators, staff and influencers to capture supporting content
- Guide store teams to create supplementary UGC following your creative direction
Creative Strategy
- Work with the Head of Marketing to execute a strong, consistent content strategy
- Bring ideas forward for series, trends and storytelling arcs
- Benchmark against premium fashion brands, retailers and media platforms
Quality Control
- Ensure all output is premium, aesthetic, sharp and aligned to our evolving brand direction
- Maintain consistency across channels and formats
Who You Are
- A strong visual storyteller with a fashion, culture or lifestyle background
- Experienced in creating premium-quality short-form content
- Highly skilled with video editing apps (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)
- Comfortable capturing content in fast-paced spaces — stores, events, street
- Equally confident behind the camera and in creative direction
- Able to work independently, take initiative and move quickly
- Obsessed with trends, culture, fashion, retail and creators
- Creative, proactive and energised by building something innovative
- A clear communicator who can work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team
