We are seeking an outstanding Head of Events to lead our events strategy and delivery, driving creativity, operational excellence, and memorable experiences across our entire events portfolio. In this senior role, you will inspire and lead a high-performing team, manage key stakeholders, and oversee everything from concept and planning to execution and evaluation.

The Head of Events is primarily responsible for booking, coordinating, and managing the use of the Meeting Rooms. This position also requires the administration of sales, audit performance and profitability objectives.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; on a shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM)

Main responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for our Hosts, Bookers and Guests providing a warm and informative welcome and introducing them to the area and its facilities.
  • You will be extremely customer focused and be able to deal with enquiries and queries in a pro-active and efficient manner always ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with the coordination and production of all key events.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of all aspects for all events, taking complete ownership for each event from the initial enquiry, availability, and diary management through to the delivery and follow up of all bookings.
  • Work in partnership with all other service providers to develop and deliver events successfully.
  • Day to day event management for all event activity.
  • Inspire and lead a team.
