About The Role
As a Social Media Content Creator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across all Charles & Ivy channels from concept through to execution. Your role will involve bringing creative ideas to life through video, photography, and design, ensuring every piece of content reflects the Charles & Ivy aesthetic and supports our brand storytelling. Working closely with the Social Media Executive, you'll help translate strategic objectives into visually compelling content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion. Your creative contributions will play a vital role in strengthening our digital presence and positioning Charles & Ivy as a leading name in luxury interiors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation or a similar creative role
  • Proficiency in video editing, photography, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram
  • Excellent visual eye with the ability to interpret and elevate brand guidelines
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Experience working with lifestyle, interiors, or fashion brands is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and editing of content across all social media channels, primarily focusing on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with additional touchpoints on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Develop engaging video and photo assets for both organic and paid campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Executive to bring the content calendar to life, ensuring all content is planned, approved, and scheduled on time
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, working within established guidelines
  • Contribute innovative ideas for campaigns, photoshoots, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility
  • Capture behind-the-scenes, user-generated content, and real-time social content during events and product launches
  • Work with influencers and partners to ensure content aligns with strategic briefs and brand standards
  • Manage editing software and tools such as Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva to produce polished content
  • Stay updated on emerging content formats and social media trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging
