Hey We are Yumi, a thriving and passionate chewable vitamin company. And we are on the lookout for an exciting new Social Media Content Creator to make an impact on our social channels through fresh and creative ideas.

You will work closely with the creative director and senior designer to create engaging and fresh content for our social media channels on a daily basis. Your fresh perspective and ideas will hit our KPIs and appeal to our customers and audience.

**Job type**: Full Time

**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,000 p/a

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and production of the social media strategy
- Creating continuously engaging content to grow our presence on various social channels including Instagram, TikTok and more
- Lead the way when it comes to starting and following trends
- Create and design innovative digital content
- Capture video content
- Ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to brand guidelines and approval processes

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe suite, (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)
- Experience in filming and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere or other preferred software and a sound ability to capture video footage)
- Advanced understanding of social media platforms and functions (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok)
- Passionate about design and content design principles
- Excellent eye for content, creative and aesthetics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good copywriting skills
- Ability to balance priorities to meet tight deadlines and complete projects
- Self-motivated, ability to show initiative and develop creative solutions
- Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent people skills to be able to adapt to all types of requests, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and organisations
- Pays close attention to detail
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Qualifications**
- You should have at least a year of relevant hands-on experience creating content for a direct to consumer brand either directly or as a freelancer
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills, with an attention to detail
- A creative mind with good critical thinking skills; inventive and resourceful to produce original ideas and content
- Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and multi-task effectively
- Strong knowledge of content creation, and have robust intellectual curiosity
