Join Our Team: Enquiry Referral Officer (Grade 8)
Location: Textile Hall, Bury
Hours: 37 hours per week (MondayFriday)
Contract: Permanent
Are you passionate about making a difference within adult care services? We're looking for a proactive and professional Enquiry Referral Officer (ERO) to join our Connect and Direct (CAD) teamthe vital 'front door' to Adult Care Services in Bury.

As an ERO, you'll be the first point of contact for citizens, carers, and professionals. Your role is key in ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently and compassionately, whether through information and advice, referrals, or signposting to other services.

- Has strong IT skills and can navigate electronic recording systems (training provided).
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling enquiries and referrals with professionalism and empathy.
- Providing accurate information and support at the first point of contact.
- Recording and processing contacts in line with procedures and performance standards.
- Collaborating with citizens, partner agencies, and internal teams.

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
