In addition to the Stewarding role the hospitality role requires you to –

· Work within a corporate environment.

· Be of a smart appearance with a welcoming manor.

· Meet and greet spectators and guests.

· Be flexible within the hospitality areas.

· Guide guests to their seats.

· Enforce the Control of Alcohol Act 1985.



About The Candidate

Person specification

· Enthusiastic individual who is willing to develop further.

· Self-motivated.

· Ability to work within a customer facing position.

· Professional with high standards and integrity.

Desired skills:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Time keeping

· Obtained Level 2 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (Training maybe available)

· Obtained Level 3 spectator safety qualification/or equivalent (optional depending on the role)

· SIA license (optional depending on the role)

· De-escalation skills
