As a Stewarding Supervisor (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties…

• Lead and develop the stewarding team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene. (Previous supervisory experience in a busy hospitality or hotel environment preferred)
• Ensure operational excellence by overseeing daily kitchen cleaning routines, equipment care and waste management. (Experience in fast-paced kitchen operations or back-of-house role preferred)
• Manage inventory & supplier management - including stock control, ordering and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products. (Experience with stock systems, ordering or supplier coordination desirable)
• Support the team as a loading bay helper - assisting with deliveries, stock movement and maintaining a safe and organised loading bay. (Experience in goods receiving and/or receiving deliveries would be a big plus)
• Foster teamwork, cross-department collaboration, and compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards. (knowledge of safety regulations and hygiene standards in a hospitality or commercial kitchen setting would benefit your application)
