We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a solid technical foundation and background as an IT Analyst to lead a large-scale lift-and-shift cloud migration program. This role is critical in orchestrating technical roadmaps, managing dependencies, and ensuring seamless communication across business, infrastructure, and application teams.

Role Summary

You will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of multi-wave application migrations to the cloud, ensuring risk-managed delivery, business alignment, and post-migration stabilization. You'll act as the bridge between technical and business stakeholders, supporting migration planning, integration tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Migration Wave Planning:

  • Inventory workloads, map dependencies, and sequence migration waves.
  • Develop runbooks, define data migration and cutover/rollback procedures.
  • Conduct dry-runs and readiness reviews to minimize migration risk.

Execution & Coordination:

  • Align and coordinate across app owners, infra/DB, security, operations, and vendor teams.
  • Manage escalations, remove blockers, and provide transparent status and risk reporting.

Post-Migration & Stabilization:

  • Oversee hypercare, validate system parity and performance.
  • Optimize cloud resources for cost and performance, update CMDB/documentation, and retire on-prem assets.

Analysis & Documentation:

  • Conduct technical and functional assessments for migrating applications.
  • Document workflows, API dependencies, and integration touchpoints.
  • Support test planning, user validation, and cutover coordination.

Program Governance:

  • Track risks, issues, and milestones across functional pods.
  • Maintain documentation in JIRA/Confluence and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven program/project management experience in large-scale cloud migration or IT transformation programs.
  • Background in IT analysis or systems integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud migration lifecycles, dependencies, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and facilitate collaboration across technical and business domains.
