BDD Financial Services is excited to announce the position of Client Services Administrator is now open for candidates to apply.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company based in East Tilbury, Essex.

BDD Financial Services provides credit broking, business planning, consultancy and support services to commercial and franchise businesses that have ongoing financing requirements.

Main Purpose

To summarise, the main purpose of this role is to:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team. This will underpin the delivery of accurate, comprehensive business planning and commercial brokerage services given to clients by the directors, brokers and sub-contractors, ensuring an excellent level of service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily management and processing of all client administrative tasks; maintaining regular client contact and keeping them informed of progress.

  • Deliver an efficient, friendly, and professional service for all clients, providers and visitors.

  • Answer incoming calls, taking initiative to deal with clients and provider enquiries.

  • Liaise with clients, banks, professional advisors, business partners and others as required.

  • Manage a control diary on behalf of clients, liaising with finance teams, accountants and finance providers to ensure all information is processed accurately and within agreed timescales.

  • Liaise with providers to obtain client plan information; set up plans and proposals on behalf of the management team.

  • Maintain an accurate diary system; input and maintain accurate client records on back-office system.

  • Organise meetings and events including booking venues, issuing invitations and papers and taking meeting minutes.

  • Ensure processes and workflows / tasks are followed in-line with BDD and FCA standards.

Skills / Experience Required

  • Minimum of grade C or equivalent in Maths and English.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.

  • Good organisation skills, with an ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines.

  • Previous administration experience preferred but will be fully supported through completion of all relevant training.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Takes personal responsibility for consistently delivering high quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £18,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
