The Commercial Enablement Communications team is the strategic heartbeat of Amex GBT's Commercial and Traveler Care transformation. We're a dynamic, collaborative group that sits at the intersection of communication, strategy, and operational excellence. Our work directly impacts how our global teams understand, engage with, and drive critical business initiatives, making every communication a catalyst for meaningful change.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with senior leadership in Traveler Care, to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for transformation, crafting compelling narratives that connect and inspire our global teams
• Design and implement multi-channel communication approaches, creating content that ranges from leadership messages to operational updates and change management communications
• Conduct in-depth impact analyses and change readiness assessments, identifying key stakeholders and developing targeted engagement strategies
• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and strategic communication of transformation objectives
• Measure and analyze communication effectiveness, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve our communication approaches
• Manage project-related communication channels, including intranet content, shared mailboxes, and leadership meeting materials
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to support change management and communication initiatives

• Create compelling content that supports operational excellence, team motivation, and customer-centric performance.
• Exceptional strategic communication skills, with the ability to translate complex organizational changes into compelling, clear narratives
• Deep understanding of change management principles and ability to design engagement models that turn challenges into opportunities
• Proven ability to work seamlessly across global, diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments
• Measure and evaluate communication impact, using data and feedback to continuously improve team performance and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across organizational levels
