Property Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE)

The Role

You will handle a diverse caseload of
property litigation matters
, with a primary focus on
residential disputes
, while also gaining exposure to more
complex commercial property litigation
.

Typical work will include:

  • Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (including possession, disrepair, and tenancy issues)
  • Boundary and rights of way disputes
  • Service charge and leasehold enfranchisement matters
  • Claims relating to restrictive covenants and easements
  • Contentious property issues arising from developments and acquisitions
  • Supporting senior colleagues on complex commercial property disputes

About You

You will be a skilled property litigator with a solid grounding in contentious property matters and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with
    3+ years' PQE
    in property litigation
  • Experience handling
    residential property disputes
    is essential
  • Exposure to or interest in
    commercial property litigation
    work is desirable
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
