My client is seeking a Director of Global Commissions who is an experienced and strategic leader to establish and scale a global commissions function that will support sellers globally. The Director of Global Commissions will be responsible for implementing, designing, and operationalizing commission structures, tools, and processes that drive fairness, accuracy, and alignment with company objectives. A key part of the role is the global design and rollout of Xactly, ensuring seamless integration in a complex, matrixed environment.

You will have proven experience leading global commissions operations (preferably technology or high-growth companies) with 10+ years in Sales Commissions/Compensation/Revenue/Operations, 5+ years in leadership.

A track record of Xactly rollout at international scale, with good expertise in incentive plan design, compliance, compliance, and ROI measurement with the ability to manage global requirements, including local regulatory compliance.

You will have a demonstrated success in scaling and building operational teams, skilled at managing stakeholders in a matrix organization, strong analytical and financial skills and an outstanding communicator with executive presence.
