The Role

  • Leading and supervising your shift

About You

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable or willingness to complete must have minimum of NVQ 2 in health and social care.
  • Be well-organised and IT literate
  • Have experience in medication administration
  • Be able to speak with professionals and deal with emergency situations
  • Be able to delegate tasks and strong leadership qualities
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others
  • Experience in formulating person centred care planning.
  • Above all, have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling
