We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager for a leading renewable energy provider specialising in solar PV, battery storage, and sustainable energy solutions for residential and commercial clients.

About you:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated
Client Relationship Manager
to join the team, managing two major key accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of solar energy projects from start to completion.

You'll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration and future projects across their wider group or network.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Oversee project delivery from contract signing through to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, and installation) to coordinate smooth project execution.
  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within existing accounts and their wider networks.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance updates with clients.
  • Resolve issues proactively, ensuring clear communication and excellent client service.
  • Support the wider sales and project teams in achieving overall company growth targets.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in
    account management
    or
    client relationship management
    within
    renewable energy specifically Solar PV & Batteries.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commercially minded with a track record of growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Electrical certifications - desirable, not a requirement.
  • Full UK driving licence and car.
