About The Role

Client Relationship Manager
, you'll be the friendly, professional face of our client journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong connections, staying organised, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
- Make outbound service calls to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage diaries for Junior Advisors and IFAs, ensuring seamless scheduling and time management.
- Oversee the customer onboarding process while maintaining regular touchpoints throughout their journey.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and exceptional client experience.
