Take the Lead and Build a Rewarding Career – No Insurance Experience Needed
We're rapidly growing our team and looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our customer-focused professionals in our Brierley Hill Office. This is an incredible opportunity to step into a leadership role, even if you've never worked in insurance before. We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
As a Team Leader, you'll guide and inspire a team of Commercial Account Handlers, helping them deliver outstanding service to small and medium-sized businesses. If you're passionate about leading people, eager to learn, and ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you
How you'll make an impact- Lead and Support: Manage a team of Commercial Account Handlers, helping them advise small business owners over the phone.
- Coach and Develop: Hold regular one-to-one and team meetings to provide guidance, feedback, and support.
- Drive Performance: Use data to monitor progress, set goals, and celebrate achievements.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct audits to maintain high standards and attention to detail.
- Empower Your Team: Share knowledge about our products and policies to help your team succeed.
- Collaborate and Thrive: Work in a friendly, agile environment where teamwork and innovation are key.
We're looking for individuals with a passion for leadership and a desire to learn. No prior insurance experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to grow.

- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in any industry.
- A motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and support others.
- A knack for problem-solving and multitasking.
