HR Business Partner
to strengthen our team in UK and Ireland.

As Tosca continues to evolve and scale across the EMEA region, this role will be key in shaping our people strategy and supporting our leaders through a period of transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner will balance strategic impact with hands-on delivery, driving initiatives that enable a high-performance, inclusive culture.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with leaders to design organizations, manage change, and plan workforce needs strategically.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and track impact.
  • Drive performance management and talent development programs, ensuring clear succession and growth pipelines.
  • Lead engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and Tosca's internal frameworks while supporting a fair and safe work environment.
  • Contribute to HR process optimization and system improvement, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology; postgraduate or certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
  • Experience in international or matrixed environments.
  • Fluent English; other European languages (German, Dutch, French) are a plus.
  • Integrity, discretion, and a proactive, agile mindset.
