Retail Media Partnerships Executive

We're expanding our Retail Media function at Screwfix, and we're looking for a Retail Media Partnerships Executive to help shape how we work with our supplier partners across our growing media network.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of vendors, helping them get the most from their media investment across a range of channels, with a particular focus on adtech. You'll play a key role in driving growth, building lasting partnerships, and supporting the development of our fast-evolving retail media proposition.

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of vendors, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and deliver real value.
• Support the achievement of media investment goals through excellent service, communication, and partnership.
• Monitor your vendors' performance, escalating risks and opportunities to your line manager as needed.
• Identify new retail media opportunities and work collaboratively to bring them from idea to delivery.
• Become our internal adtech expert – across sponsored products, banners, and new formats as they're introduced.
• Partner with colleagues across the Retail Media team to manage priorities, share insights, and support delivery.
• Represent Screwfix Media Partnerships internally and externally, helping to build our reputation as a credible retail media network.

• Customer-focused and passionate about delivering an outstanding service.
• Motivated by targets and confident tracking and reporting on your performance.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple vendor relationships and projects at once.
• Interested in Retail Media and excited by the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving space.
• Ideally, some experience in Retail Media or managing adtech platforms (especially Citrus Ads)
