Training Administrator

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for HR and training? We are looking for a part-time Training Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Training function. This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
Purpose of the Role
The Training Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing all aspects of employee training and development across the company. This role ensures compliance with statutory and company requirements, maintains accurate training records, and supports the continuous professional development of all staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the company's training matrix to ensure all training requirements are up to date.
- Schedule, organise, and record internal and external training courses for all employees.
- Maintain and update all company training records and databases.
- Monitor employee competencies and arrange recertification where necessary.
- Liaise with external training providers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of courses.
- Prepare reports and provide data analysis on training activity.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in training administration.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive "can-do" attitude and reliability
Desirable:
- Experience within the construction sector.
