Office Administrator required for a small but busy office in Lympne, CT21.

15 - 18 Hours per week

Start time is flexible between 8.30am and 10am (Times could be adjusted to suit and will be discussed at interview)

Wednesday and Fridays plus one additional day per week to be agreed at interview.

Rate £11 per hour with an increase after successful completion of probation.

Training will be provided however the role will involve planning, updating, and maintaining schedules for various cleaning contracts therefore experience in this area, or experience in managing a small team would be beneficial.

Main areas of responsibility
- Scheduling cleans, ensuring sufficient staff are available for each job
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Any other administrative duties as required
- Being organised, confident, assertive and tenacious, with the ability to work and proactively, both independently and as part of a team
- A high level of both verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude and be flexible and able to prioritise - a natural multitasker with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated, trustworthy and reliable
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Due to the location of the office location your own transport or the ability to reliably commute to Lympne Industrial Estate is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 -18 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
