About the Role
We're seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Event Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of global events. This is a remote, part-time, project-based role, with the potential to develop into a full-time position as our international events programme grows.
You'll work across multiple time zones to coordinate event logistics, manage registration and delegate communications, and ensure seamless onsite execution. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for global events, from planning through to onsite delivery.
- Manage registration platforms and delegate communication using Cvent (essential).
- Build and manage event websites, registration pages, attendee lists, and reporting within Cvent.
- Oversee onsite registration and check-in, ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and venues to ensure all logistics are on track.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, shipping, and event materials as required.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Support post-event reporting and evaluation.
- Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and event materials (desirable).
- Provide proactive onsite and virtual support for international events as needed.
About You
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or Project Coordinator, ideally with international or multi-market exposure.
- Proficient in Cvent, with hands-on experience in event build, registration management, and data reporting.
- Strong understanding of onsite event operations and delegate registration processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and working across time zones.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with collaboration tools
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills (desirable).
- Professional, polished, and calm under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for onsite event support.
