A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic **Project Coordinator** to join Ivory Worldwide in London (Experiential, Events).

**The Role**:
The **Project Coordinator** is responsible for supporting the production team in bringing all of Ivory's creative sparks and thoughtful insights to life. You will learn how to deliver top-tier virtual, face-to-face, and hybrid events and play a vital role in broader B2B marketing campaigns.

**Core Responsibilities**
- After a period of induction, we will put you into project teams to support Ivory Producers and Executive Producers on projects, assisting with a variety of tasks to support the successful implementation
- Support the management of accounts; this will involve the development of proposals, creative workshops or supporting the design studio
- Track project progress to ensure timelines are followed and updated accordingly
- Attend client meetings and take action from the calls to circulate
- Attend site visits
- Support onsite at events, globally
- Coordinate communications between internal departments
- Assist with client communications and requests
- Travel arrangements
- Research: venues, customers, partners, and technologies

**Skills and Experience**

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Great communications skills
- Expert scheduling and note-taking skills
- Excellent attention to detail, and you leave nothing to chance
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Languages are a bonus but not essential
- Digitally native - and Google / Microsoft savvy
- A degree is not essential - what is essential is a willingness to work hard and be nice to people
