Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor
.

Commercial Property Solicitor — Position Overview:
Act for a broad client base on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters, development projects, and secured lending. You may also be involved in business sales and purchases, with some limited exposure to residential property work.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters
  • Handle freehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Advise on commercial leasehold transactions
  • Work on site acquisitions and development projects
  • Deal with secured lending, liaising with financial institutions
  • Support business sales and purchases
  • (Desirable) Advise on residential property matters

Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • IT literate with case management experience
  • Able to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines
  • Calm, professional, and commercially minded with a proactive approach
  • Confident problem solver and good team player
