Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Lettings & Property Management

Location: Dartford, DA1

Salary: OTE £60k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Are you a proactive, driven and successful Lettings Manager (with several years' experience)? How would you like to join a successful independent market leading Estate and Lettings Agency with successful offices in the Dartford area and increase your earning potential?

The Company: Our client is a multi-branch Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and local offices in and around the South of England who specialise in residential property sales.

Skills required for this Senior Lettings Manager / Lettings Agency role will include:

At least 2 years' experience in residential LettingsGood understanding of the lettings process ARLA Qualified beneficialExcellent ability to build rapport Exceptional communication and customer service skillsMotivated to achieve and exceed targetsAbility to manage own time effectivelyAbility to listen to customers and meet their needsManaging, motivating and developing a teamKnowledge of the Dartford area helpfulFull Driving Licence
