About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Office Administrator to join our partner's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a vibrant office environment. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office and support for events and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a tidy office environment, including emptying the shredder and managing printer maintenance.
  • Handle stationery supplies, post, and assist with laptop distribution for new team members.
  • Compile onboarding packs for new joiners and organise cables and phone chargers under desks.
  • Support graduate recruitment by assisting with assessment days and welcoming visitors.
  • Manage events and marketing administration, including ordering merchandise and handling event-related deliveries.
  • Maintain internal folders on SharePoint, coordinate team photographs, and assist with event registrations.
  • Help organise internal celebrations, such as the 10-year anniversary party and wellbeing days.
  • Manage travel-related invoices and maintain relationships with travel providers.
  • Conduct data management and entry tasks, including handling duplicates and search engine optimization.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and assist with employee and contractor onboarding.

  • Comfortable with administrative duties and willing to support a remote team.
  • Confident self-starter with a strong motivation to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, including marketing associates and executive assistants.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a fun and engaging office culture.
