We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment and is passionate about producing exceptional work for a diverse range of clients as well as in-house projects.

As part of our senior creative team, you will play a key role in leading and directing creative output across our studio. We take a hands-on approach to design, so the ideal candidate will combine meticulous artworking abilities with a strong conceptual and creative vision

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative, eye-catching designs for both client and internal projects across print and digital platforms.
• Contribute to the creative direction and leadership of our design studio.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution with strong attention to typography, composition, and craft.
• Stay ahead of emerging design and cultural trends, continually bringing fresh inspiration and ideas to the team.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across creative and production teams, delivering high-quality design solutions on time and to brief.

About You

• 10+ years' experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or fast-paced creative setting.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing outstanding work across branding, marketing, print, and digital media.
• Expertise in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in HTML with a strong understanding of digital design principles.
• Knowledge of Shopify and experience creating or optimising designs for e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (Windows-based).
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• A genuine interest in culture, media, and the arts, and an instinctive understanding of contemporary visual trends.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and mentor other designers.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
