To support our Design Services Business Unit, you will be responsible for delivering graphical outputs for all disciplines, ensuring high quality documentation for project and non-project related requirements.
- A core part of your role will be to liaise with others, including our Director for Design Services, providing valuable input and leadership where necessary.- This role will allow you to have the autonomy to think and design creatively, showcasing our Design Services Business Unit through your visual innovation.- Pick Everard are proud to provide all employees support, training and career development opportunities, with a genuine focus on allowing individuals to grow, and focus on their own unique strengths. You will be given the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, working alongside like-minded, passionate designers as well as other disciplines.- As we have adopted hybrid working, this role will be a balance of home and office working.**Principal **Responsibilities**:

- Taking briefs and developing appropriate graphic design outputs, working within defined timescales.
- Designing and producing specialist materials and documents as required, and presenting finalized ideas, layouts, artwork etc.
- Working with the wider practice to ensure aligned branding with all documentation.
- Acting as the Design Services Hub coordinator to generate and manage content for the hub, interacting with the Disciplines and uploading relevant information.
- Working to develop exemplar documents and standards for Discipline reference and quality benchmarking, along with In-house production of promotional materials for digital output including social media & website.
- Generate infographics and supporting graphics for the Business Unit and Disciplines.
- Working with a wide range of media, photography, and computer aided design in the production of work.
- Proof reading and document reviews to ensure accurate and high-quality graphical work.
- Creating internal promotional material for CPD’s, social events and keeping up to date with emerging technologies in new media.

- Recognized qualification in Graphic Design
- Work experience in a similar role demonstrating creative approach and flair
- Experience of dealing with Designers and developing graphic solutions
- Appreciation of social media content / branding / website content
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive with excellent attention to detail-
