A small animal practice near Tamworth are looking for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role, focused on clinical excellence and mentoring, while being fully supported by an experienced team and dedicated practice managers. You'll be joining them at an exciting time as the practice undergoes a significant refurbishment and rebranding.

The RoleWe would love to welcome an enthusiastic and experienced vet to lead this clinical team. You'll work closely with the practice owners and be supported by their skilled practice manager and team to deliver high-quality veterinary care to patients and clients. This role is ideal for a vet who has experience with more complicated cases and a passion for mentoring junior team members. You'll be encouraged to share innovative ideas to enhance performance and care standards, helping to drive the practice forward.
What They Offer- Competitive Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, with twice-annual reviews.
