Why this role? As a Founders Associate at Dex, you will work across the entire business and learn how a high growth startup is built from the inside. You will sit close to the CEO and Chief of Staff and work across ops, finance, sales, growth and marketing. No week will look the same.  If you have a bias to action, can bring structure to ambiguity and want to take real ownership - this might be the right role for you. 
What you will do You will be the person who helps Dex run smoothly and scale fast. Expect to work across a mix of these areas:Strategic Execution: Support high priority projects across the business such as fundraising, international expansion and product launches. Take ownership of problems even when no playbook exists.Finance & Operations: Help streamline internal processes, improve workflows and support the day to day systems that keep Dex moving. Build simple dashboards, maintain CRMs and strengthen how the team executes.Sales and Customer Support: Assist with inbound and outbound sales, coordinate onboarding for new customers and help manage ongoing relationships. Support the creation of materials for client pitches and new product demos.Growth and Marketing: Work on campaigns, events and growth initiatives. Help craft content, support Dex Sessions and contribute to the storytelling that brings candidates and customers into the ecosystem.Data and Reporting: Track key KPIs, help maintain internal dashboards and present insights that inform weekly and monthly decisions.
