Programme Integration Lead

The Tranche Integration Manager provides leadership guidance to an integrated team of multiple functions and technical disciplines in the delivery of a Complex infrastructure programme.

You will be responsible for working with leadership from all delivery agents to ensure integration of activities and outputs undertaken by your tranche, and for ensuring your tranche remains aligned with the other tranches.

You will be a key conduit for integration development against a common programme Work Breakdown Structure across the Delivery Agents – ensuring that a credible and affordable schedule of works is maintained that meets Programme readiness dates in line with the Statement of Requirements.

What Do We Need

  • Leadership within a large or complex capability delivery programme.

  • Delivering within a structured environment and capable of deriving innovative and creative solutions to problems.

  • Successfully leading a virtual team from across functional, organisational, or geographic boundaries to deliver high quality outputs.

  • Leading stakeholder management activities within a complex environment.

Location

The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.
