Overview

Glent Group, dynamic CSA specialist in Groundworks, Concrete Works, Underground Services, Structural Alterations, and External Works operating in Europe is seeking a skilled Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and a deep understanding of financial systems. Working within the Payroll Department, and reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be an integral part of the team supporting employees with their day-to-day queries and processing weekly advances/monthly payrolls for Glent Employees across multiple European territories. Applicants must be fluent in Romanian.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Working with the Payroll Manager and senior stakeholders across the business to drive change including automation within the payroll function.
  • Processing high volume busy monthly payroll in a team from start to finish.
  • Working within Payroll deadlines.
  • Processing monthly payroll data for starters, leavers, and changes.
  • Amending any change to pay and overtime payment.
  • Managing of the Payroll inbox.
  • Dealing with payroll queries from employees.
  • Maintain relationships with our stakeholder groups including outsourced.

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in Romanian.
  • 3+ Years of payroll experience within a busy payroll environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Collaborative and a team player, engaging and able to build strong relationships.
  • Organised and able to work under tight deadlines to meet payroll deadlines.
  • across teams and enjoys working in a people-based.
  • Flexible, agile, and resilient.
  • Ability to adapt style and communication to suit all levels of the business.
  • Capable of seeing the big picture while also being comfortable diving into the details when needed.
  • Self starter who is proactive and skilled in managing time to meet deadlines.

Job Type
: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)
